- Début du projet PIH Portail institutionnel sur le Handicap (RNTS - ANR). Ce projet a pour objectif de fournir aux handicapés, à leur entourage ainsi qu'aux professionnels de santé un accès aux documents concernant cette problématique majeure de santé publique (100 k€ sur 3 ans).
